Please call 1-800-348-3765 to make your room reservation, make sure to inform the hotel you are coming for the IETA Conference to get the reduced room rate.  First night room and tax will be charged to the individual's credit card upon booking.  If for any reason you are going to cancel please do this within 14 days of the meeting.  Deadline for making your reservation for the IETA meeting rate will be March 5, 2009.  Reservation made after March 6th will be at the prevailing room rate, subject to availability.
